Magnesium glycinate is chelated (bound) to the amino acid glycine, which enhances absorption in the intestines. This form is particularly gentle on the digestive system and is less likely to cause the laxative effects sometimes associated with other magnesium forms like magnesium oxide.
This product uses Albion™ magnesium bisglycinate chelate, a patented form of mineral amino acid chelate that has been clinically tested for superior absorption and bioavailability.
Directions
