Our gems are shaped like hexagons. Why? Well, have you seen hexagon-shaped chocolate before? Didn't think so.
Baking was the foundation of the Hu Chocolate line. In 2012, Hu Kitchen restaurant bakers needed a chocolate for their paleo pastries. Hu's chocolate bar line arose from that baking chocolate, which they now bring to you.
Meet Hu Gems. Hexagon-shaped chocolate chunks made from organic cacao. Rich cocoa flavor punctuated by subtle caramel notes (similar to Hu's Simple chocolate bar) – a solid (read: addictive) choice for both snacking AND baking.
HU Kitchen believes in getting "back to human" with simple, clean ingredients. No unnecessary additives, emulsifiers, or refined sugars - just pure, delicious chocolate made the way it should be.

No stabilizers: best kept below 75 degrees to avoid melting.
This chocolate contains no artificial stabilizers or emulsifiers. For best quality, store in a cool, dry place below 75°F (24°C) to prevent melting and maintain optimal texture and flavor.
